Terms of Service
1. The service
Acadence helps you plan, schedule, and review your studying. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent to use the service. You may delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or use it for illegal purposes. Acadence is a study tool, not certified medical, psychological, or academic-advice service.
4. Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the plan you select (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
5. Availability and liability
We aim to keep Acadence available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law — and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights — our liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence on our part.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Questions: privacy@acadence.app.
