Preparing Acadence

Checking that your study space is ready.

This usually clears in a moment.

Acadence Guide

Start with Today. Let everything else support that.

Acadence is easiest when you follow one loop: open Today, start the next session, and log what happened. The plan and review pages are there when you need control or context.

1

Open Today

Today chooses the next useful session and keeps missed work visible.

2

Start Focus

Focus runs one selected session so you are not deciding while studying.

3

Log what happened

The check-in tells Acadence whether the work was done, partial, or missed.

4

Let the plan adapt

Review and recovery become useful after Acadence has real study data.

Pages

What each page is for

Today

Start here every day. It tells you what to do next.

Focus

Use it for the single session Today selected.

Review

Use it after studying to understand risk and recovery.

Plan

Use it for the full schedule, saved plans, and session edits.

When stuck

Common moments and what to do

I missed a session

Open Today first. Do not rebuild the plan manually. Acadence keeps unfinished work in view and puts the next recovery step forward.

Today has no session

Check whether you have an active plan. If you do, this can mean a rest day or that the plan needs a check-in before more guidance appears.

Focus opened without a session

Go back to Today and start from the primary session. Focus works best when it receives one selected block.

The plan feels too hard

Use Today's recovery action or edit a session from Plan. Avoid deleting the whole plan unless the exam goal itself changed.

Review looks empty

Review becomes useful after check-ins. Before that, it has too little evidence to judge risk or recommend recovery.

I made multiple plans

Saved Plans stores reusable plans. Current Plan is the one Today uses to choose your next session.

Check-ins

The check-in is how Acadence learns.

Log done, partial, or missed after a Focus session. That small signal is what makes recovery, Review, and future adjustments feel personal instead of generic.

When Pro helps

Upgrade when recovery becomes the job.

  • You are managing multiple active exams.
  • You missed several days and need automatic recovery.
  • You want AI help explaining tradeoffs in your plan.
  • You want deeper review signals after repeated check-ins.
